Director of Sale Lubricant

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the energy sector.
2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.
7. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
