• Present information to relevant stakeholders regarding return on investment (ROI) and other benefits gained from process improvements or business expansion initiatives.
• Provide progress reports on ongoing projects, highlighting key issues to supervisors and relevant parties.
• Collaborate in designing new workflows and integrating new technologies, tools, or innovations to enhance service delivery, strengthen customer engagement, and support future business growth.
• Coordinate with related departments to jointly design, develop, and improve work processes to meet business objectives and requirements.
• Support and encourage team members to initiate, design, and improve processes to enhance business responsiveness and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to subordinates to enable them to perform assigned tasks effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Business Computer, Innovation,Digital Transformation.
• Minimum 4+ years of Management and Business Process.
• Strong understanding of the Implement ERP, EPM, Finance & Accounting..
