1. รักษาภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร โดยการตรวจสอบ วัดผล การส่งมอบ คุณภาพ การบริการ ความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย (QSC) ตามมาตรฐานสูงสุดของซับเวย์
2. รักษามาตรฐาน การตรวจสอบ ผลการทำงานของแต่ละสาขาตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
3. บริหารความสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับแฟรนไชส์โอนเน่อร์ (Franchise Owner) ตลอดจนการความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองเพื่อให้ผลสรุปทีดีทั้งสองฝ่าย
4. กำหนดมาตรฐานจำนวนจัดตั้งของพนักงาน ให้สามารถทำยอดขายได้อย่างไม่สะดุด โดยคำนึงถึงปัจจัยผลกำไร ด้วย รวมถึงกระบวนการสรรหาว่าจ้าง และการดูแล รักษาพนักงานอย่างเหมาะสม
5. ใช้กลวิธีในการให้คำปรึกษา ติดตามผล อย่างเหมาะสมกับทีมบริหารสาขาและพนักงานในสาขาตามความเหมาะสม
6. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
