ทำงานที่นี่มาไม่นาน อาจจะไม่เห็นทั่วทั้งหมดนะคะ บางแผนกอาจจะดีก็ได้มั้งคะ แต่จากที่ได้เห็นคือ… ข้อดี - ที่นี่ใช้ภาษาเยอะเพราะมีบริษัทแม่เป็นไต้หวัน ใครอยากฝึกภาษาแนะนำเลยนะคะ - เพื่อนร่วมงานดี ช่วยเหลือกันในทีม - เดินทางสะดวกใกล้รถไฟฟ้า ข้อเสีย - Work lift balance ไม่มี งานเยอะเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนคนในทีม ต้องเอางานไปทำเสาร์อาทิตย์ - มีการเมืองอยู่ในนี้เยอะนะคะ และมีความขัดแย้งกับภายในองค์กรแบบเห็นได้ไม่ยาก - Turn over สูง เห็นคนลาออกอยู่ตลอด - สวัสดิการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก คู่แข่งดีกว่าค่ะ (จากประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมนี้มามากกว่า 10 ปี) โดยรวม จากที่สัมผัสไม่รู้จะแนะนำที่นี่ดีไหม เพราะบางแผนกอาจจะดีก็ได้ค่ะ
