- Manage SAP Administrator in Material Management - Warehouse Management and manage SAP program license control. Including being a consultant and helping to solve problems that occur for users of TOA Group companies so that they can use the system efficiently, conveniently and quickly, responding to business operations needs..
- Supports SAP Module MM-WM (Functional Area), Operation Support, Role and Authorization Management, System Verification, Change/Service Request.
- Work in the assigned Role in the project (Project Role).
- Develop skills and knowledge both Hard Skill and Soft Skill of SAP Logistic MM-WM Controller and Business Process.
- Coordinate with various other operations including IT, system users and consultants.
- Documentation of various specification documents (functional requirements), system design reports and rationales, user handovers.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or other majors.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in various information technology fields.
- Have experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA or higher for at least 2-3 years in Module MM-WM,EWM (Warehouse Management)..
- Understanding of ERP systems and business-wise understanding of warehouse structures at manufacturing plants, shipping and distribution centers.
- Have experience or participation in ERP Implement Project.
- Leadership skills, ability to analyze, design, assess risks and their impacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good Communication in English.
