- รายได้สูงสุด 23,500 ++ (รวมค่ากะ + เบี้ยขยัน) แนะนำและให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการต่างๆของธนาคาร
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• รับเรื่องการขอใช้บริการต่างๆของลูกค้า รวมทั้งรับข้อปัญหาต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์และการบริการของธนาคารและดำเนินการติดตามแก้ไขปัญหา โดยต้องประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สาขาธนาคาร เป็นต้น • รับฟังข้อคิดเห็นและข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆของลูกค้าและนำเสนอต่อหัวหน้างาน รวมทั้ง ร่วมกันหาแนวทางปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารพิจารณาแนวทางพัฒนาให้บริการของธนาคารต่อไป
คุณสมบัติ• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการเป็น Call Center Agent (ทั้งไทย และ/หรือ ภาษาต่างประเทศ) หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการ หรือ Call Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะและแบบหมุนเวียนได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ไทย อังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
