Perform analysis of network key performance indicators (KPIs), Stats & Parameters for network Optimization. Perform analysis of Top worst cells problem and find out the Solutions. Perform analysis of SSV and Cluster Optimizations. Optimisation such as proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, neighbor list analysis, etc. and Parameters, optimisation tools and drive test tool. Providing technical Customer Complaints.

• Male or Female Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• 3G/4G/5G RF background at least 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of ZTE-BTS solutions 3G/4G/5G
• Good Communication in English.
• To learn new technical knowledge and have new challenge and able to communicate with team & customers.
