Your main role is to:

Works independently as the executive secretary to handle the operations of either Manufacturing, Leadership Development or Sales Committee depending on your qualification and experiences

Assists to implement the methodologies to ensure that training activities are designed and tailored to learners' needs and focuses on building skills and expectations for collaborative development

Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to align with the business direction of the company

Support in quality assurance of new and existing training courses and activities

Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of training activity

Be proactive and curious of new things, maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors in multiple languages.

Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.

Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.

At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.

English conversational skills

Being agile and resilient with the mindset to work in an environment which is full of challenges

Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

Have used LMS or familiar with the system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.

Collaborative working style.

Critical Thinking and Problem-solving

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Manufacturing experience will be an advantage
