This role will partner closely with senior leaders, Talent teams, and key stakeholders to drive organization effectiveness, transformation, workforce and organization design, and strategic Talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Organization Development strategies and initiatives aligned with business and transformation priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and portfolio companies to improve organization effectiveness, structure, and governance.
• Drive organization design, including operating models, roles, spans and layers, and workforce alignment.
• Lead workforce and capability planning to support future business needs.
• Design and implement performance, Talent management, succession, and OD frameworks.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives across the organization.

About you

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Strategy, or related areas.
• Preferred experience across both corporate and consulting environments, with exposure to organization design, workforce planning, performance management, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders on complex organization and Talent topics.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into practical organization and Talent solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization.
