• Specify and develop new tooling and processes connected with the CNC machining department.
• Specify of capital equipment.
• Source local suppliers that can assist Triumph in the production of fixtures and tooling.
• Support programming of new components using Fanuc based control system.
• Implement changes and organize tooling modifications as a result of design change or improvements.
• Liaise with Engineering, Design, QC and managers on new projects and to advice on any issues that may affect production.
• Ensure that their process conforms to all of the required safe working practices.
• Audit and ensure that all processes are maintained in a production ready condition.
• Urgent support for production staff on any technical issues.
• Degree of Engineering in Mechanical, Production field.
• 1 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing. New gradated is welcome.
• Knowledge of programming CNC machining centers, Lathe, and Milling.
• Ability to use CAD software.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and processes relevant to their responsibilities.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work in night shift.
• Working Day: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00.
