Job Description :

• Study the Small Appliances' market and customer needs to plan and develop products. Search for new product opportunities or improve existing products to align with market demands. This includes setting timelines and work plans, controlling the product development process from design to testing.
• Develop marketing plans to create awareness and interest in products or services. Plan sales strategies and prepare tools to support sales, including defining marketing strategies and promotions.
• Study and analyze the market to understand customer needs and compare them with competitors in the market.
• Manage the production process of market products and control operations to produce products as specified. This includes factory inspections, quality checks, and monitoring the importation of goods.
• Create marketing communication content to support products or services. This includes preparing user manuals, writing articles, advertisements, and marketing messages.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget and pricing for products.
• Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze marketing results and evaluate the success of products or marketing activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with partners both domestically and internationally, and respond to their needs, such as agencies, suppliers, stores, dealers, and customers.
• Inspect and control the quality of products to ensure the highest standards and compliance with requirements.
• Inventory Management: Manage and organize product inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations for products and marketing materials.
• Collaboration with Other Teams: Collaborate with the marketing team, product development team, and other departments within the organization to support product development and marketing activities.
• Summarize reports performances, and analyze data to report results to the management team, supervisors, or the marketing team for marketing and sales plan adjustments.
• Use data and analysis to make adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies and products.

Qualification :

• At least 26+ years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business - or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Marketing Management
• Fluent in Reading & Writing & Speaking English
• Good command of MS Office , Excel
• Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
• The ability to drive is considered a plus
