Role:

The Transformation Office leads strategy, innovation & agility—driving growth, optimizing resources, and aligning change with the company’s long-term vision for sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish frameworks and transformation roadmaps for BPO initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage project activities, collaborating with department heads and BPO partners to optimize the processes.
• Track milestones, benefits realization, and ROI of BPO projects; provide updates and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure SLAs, requirements, and deliverables are consistently met.
• Drive change management, foster a transformation-focused culture, and identify process inefficiencies to recommend improvements that enhance value delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Project Management, PMO for transformation, change management, or similar role.
• Strong experience in Business Process Optimization
• Knowledge of industry trends, technology adoption, and process optimization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in a large, multi-department organization preferred.
• Experience in Retail, Consulting firm is preferred.
