Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from Product Owners or users, and translate them into system specifications.
• Design application workflows and functionalities based on user requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including Software Specifications, Workflows, and Flow Charts for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure applications are developed according to the defined specifications.
• Participate in and support unit testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in the Retail industry.
• Strong skills in system analysis and application workflow design.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in preparing Software Specification Documents, Workflow Diagrams, and Process Flow Charts.
• Experience or knowledge in system testing or creating test cases is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
