Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

âĒ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with marketing, supply chain, and product development.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
âĒ Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
âĒ Provide guidance, training, and feedback to optimize team performance and individual development.
âĒ Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
3. Key Account Management:
âĒ Foster and manage relationships with key customers, such as wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
âĒ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize sales volume and market share.
âĒ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
âĒ Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
âĒ Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, potential risks, and emerging customer needs.
âĒ Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies, develop innovative approaches, and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
âĒ Implement robust sales tracking systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance, forecast results, and identify areas for improvement.
âĒ Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
âĒ Develop and execute sales incentives, promotional programs, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
âĒ Bachelor's degree
âĒ Demonstrated experience in sales management or a similar leadership role
âĒ Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.
âĒ Preferably, prior experience in the power tools industry and welding equipment industry.
âĒ Strong understanding of the market landscape, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
âĒ Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth and market expansion.
âĒ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
âĒ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
âĒ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights for informed decision-making.
âĒ Willingness to travel within Thailand as required.
