Job descriptions:

1. Supervise implementation of plans, procedures and policies on the following:
   - Route planning, Dispatch & Delivery.
   - Loading (in coordination with Operations - Center)
   - Post Delivery activities (including backhauling pick-ups)
   - Management of Subcontractor
   - Management of other Transportation Business (including Freight Management)

2. Assist the Transport Optimization/LS Manager for the development, establishment and implementation of innovative and cost reduction projects aligned with the company strategic direction.
3. Supervise development and implementation of procedures, policies and systems.
4. Lead department meetings to review processes, performance and issues. See to it that specific organizational objective as well as productivity measures are clearly understood and thoroughly explained to the subordinates.
5. Assist the Fleet Manager on development of contingency plans.
6. Handle Transportation capacity and manpower planning.
7. Supervise preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-offs.
8. Supervise implementation of Food Safety Program.
9. Manage Transportation Planners visits.

10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
    

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Logistic Management, Industry Engineer, Engineering or Business-related course. Certification in related skills is a plus
2. At least 5 years experienced in Transport and Distribution
3. Must be highly familiar with logistics processes.
4. Thorough knowledge of transit system management and operations, communicative, persuasive, patient, accommodating, analytical, systematic.

5. Able to work 6 days/ week
