Recruitment Process

• Support talent acquisition strategy and process where necessary
• Help initiate new ideas and projects to improve overall talent acquisition process
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager on new recruitment system development
• Conduct new recruitment system training classes both Thai and English versions
• Solve recruitment system related issues for users
• Work closely with all business units to organize Walk-in Interview and Open House events nation-wide for mass recruitment
• Create monthly and yearly reports to track vacancy movements company-wide

Employer Branding

• Responsible for overall Employer Branding strategy for both Online and Offline channels to attract talents effectively
• Create communication campaign and contents for social media channels
• Explore and conduct industry benchmarking to ensure top employer brand image
• Organize campus activities and roadshow to connect with universities and potential young workforce

Desired Skills and Experience :-

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with diverse groups of people
• Being strongly client focus and customer service oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across company
• Flexible mind-set and a team player
• Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Fluent in English language
