บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน) ("ไทยเบฟ") ก่อตั้งขึ้นในประเทศไทยในปี 2546 โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อรวมกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจเบียร์และสุราชั้นนำของไทยที่เป็นของผู้ถือหุ้นและผู้ร่วมทุนรายอื่นๆ เข้ามาเป็นกลุ่มบริษัท ต่อมาในปี 2549 ไทยเบฟได้จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์สิงคโปร์ ("SGX") ภายหลังจากจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์สิงคโปร์ ไทยเบฟได้ขยายขอบเขตธุรกิจจากเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ไปสู่ธุรกิจเครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์และอาหาร เพื่อเพิ่มความหลากหลายของสินค้าเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในช่องทางการกระจายสินค้ารวมถึงกระจายความเสี่ยงของกิจการ ปัจจุบันไทยเบฟไม่เพียงแต่เป็นผู้ผลิตเครื่องดื่มชั้นนำในประเทศไทย แต่ยังเป็นผู้ผลิตที่ใหญ่ที่สุดรายหนึ่งในเอเชียอีกด้วย โดยแบ่งธุรกิจออกเป็น 4 สายธุรกิจ ได้แก่ สุรา เบียร์ เครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ และอาหาร

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal Managements to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Develop and release job postings on company job boards and social media platforms
• Screen applications, conduct phone interview and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in company database
• Manage recruitment projects as assigned i.e. Job fair, Open House, On boarding, etc.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) in Human Resources or other related fields
• 3+ years proven experience in recruitment, project management and human resources
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, job boards, database management, and internet search
• Good command of English both written and spoken
