HR Analyst (Compensation & Benefits - Remuneration)

Working Location : āļāļēāļāļēāļĢāđāļāļĒāđāļāļāļāļ§āļāđāļāļāļĢāđ (MRT āļĻāļđāļāļĒāđāļŠāļīāļĢāļīāļāļīāļāļīāđ)
Working Date : Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Compensation & Job Evaluation
- Conduct job evaluation to determine role value and ensure proper job leveling.
- Define compensation components (base salary, allowances, incentives, benefits) aligned with labor law and company policy.
- Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness through salary surveys and job matching.
- Design and maintain pay structures and salary bands.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus planning, and merit increase cycles.
- Summarize grading structures and recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Routine Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and monitor regular reports on headcount, cost, and employee benefits.
- Apply analytical methods and formulas (pivot tables, data models) to generate insights.
- Support management with workforce analytics and HR reports.
- Workforce Planning & Budget Control
- Support in the development of C&B policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualification :
- Bachelorâs degree in HR or related field
- 1 - 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (large org./MNC preferred)
- Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Excel/Power BI
- Good command of English
