ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Analyse, formulate, review and communicate of corporate vision/mission, aspiration & target, business strategy, enablers strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive environment scanning (External & Internal Context) to define challenges, opportunities and strategic case for change.
• Review and formulate long-term target, strategic direction & strategic plan and propose to management and Board for endosement.
• Develop, align & recommend strategic plan by coordinating with each Business units & enablers.
• Monitor & report strategic plan progress and achievement.
• Develop and deliver annual Board STS paper and presentation.
• Communicate the company's strategy and direction both internal and external to engage stakeholders.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor or higher in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Adminstation or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 3-5 years experience in business sector. Preferred from Energy sector.
