Position Summary

1. Maximize sales by strengthening business offerings through technological or sales cooperation with partners.
Maximize the efficiency of partnership management by establishing a partner cooperation process.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage Samsung Care Plus (mobile phone protection insurance) and the Financing Products as a platform for consumer affordability & confidence on product durability
• Strategize and explore new business opportunities based on Samsung Care Plus & Financing Partner collaboration
• Work with Samsung Headquarters and partners (Insurance and financing companies) to design & deliver the product to Samsung mobile phone customers
• Owner of the business performance of the responsible products – sales, attachment rate, etc. Monitor on a weekly and monthly basis of the sales performance to identify the achievement rate and area of improvement
• Manage business operation and act as the center of tracking the progress of Samsung Care Plus and Financing Product action points (internal TSE & external stakeholders) to ensure that proper execution is conducted
• Identify the growth opportunity of each product (Where to win, How to win) and execute
• Work with channel partner to expand the coverage of the product
• Perform other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Market / Channel Complexity

• With the increasing level of competitiveness, mobile phone proposition has to be offered with great affordability & durability. This role, combining the knowledge of both insurance, banking and mobile phone industry, is crucial to address the needs of the consumer

Leadership Responsibilities

• Build relationship, negotiate business strategy and implement projects that we have collaboration with various partners such as Samsung Care+, Financing Products

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Insurance and Financing Product
• Experience in telecom or mobile phone business is a plus
• Good inter-personal skills to synchronize and collaborate with other related internal & external parties
• Strong analytical skills especially with large number of data (e.g. on MS Excel)
• Skills in putting up analysis & plans into presentation format
• Skills to lead the meeting and consolidate the results afterwards
• Strong winning spirit and always want to achieve more
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking)
