• Communicate with our customers through emails, phone calls, and chats
• Greet our customers and explain how Tuk Tuk Hop works
• Manage customers' bookings
• Work with the team to build and grow Chinese tourist market in Thailand
• Work with our partners
• Work with our operation team to provide support to customers
• Support basic operations as needed
• Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company
