Scope of Work:

Living Technology Innovation & Delivery

• Drive innovation and development of new Living Technology solutions that create

business value and enhance customer experience across SC ecosystem

• Identify and evaluate new digital opportunities, platforms, and services that support

Engine 3 growth and recurring income strategy

• Lead the incubation and development of new products or features — from concept

validation, pilot, to scalable rollout

• Explore and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, smart living solutions) to enhance

product capabilities and differentiation

• Establish frameworks for innovation pipeline management, including prioritization,

experimentation, and performance tracking

• Drive continuous improvement of digital products by leveraging user behavior, data

insights, and market trends

RueJai Platform & Ecosystem

• Own end-to-end development and growth of RueJai platform, including product

strategy, platform engineering, and ecosystem expansion

• Define platform vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals

and customer needs

• Lead high-quality development, integration, testing, and deployment of platform

features, applications, and services, whle ensuring a good governance of development

practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) to improve efficiency and alignment with CST

development standard

• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance

• Manage platform performance, user feedback, and data insights to continuously

enhance user experience and engagement

• Collaborate with Engine 3 and business teams on go-to-market planning, rollout, and

adoption

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop teams with clear direction, priorities, and accountability

• Drive CST direction and alignment with Business Units on platform priorities and

execution

• Establish governance on delivery standards, resource allocation, and risk management

• Act as a central bridge to ensure seamless collaboration between CST, Engine 3, and

business stakeholders

• Ensure clear and timely communication within CST and across stakeholders on

progress, risks, and decisions

• Provide regular updates to EVP-CST on progress, key issues, and strategic

recommendations

• Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional issues effectively

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of experience in product management, technology, soware engineering,

or digital transformation

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (product and engineering)

• Strong track record in delivering digital platforms or customer-facing solutions

• Solid understanding of product lifecycle, system architecture, and development

practices

• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into technology

solutions

• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage teams and influence senior

stakeholders
