• Responsible for supporting various businesses.
• Meeting with business direction, objectives, strategies, and business plan.
• Directing financial planning and strategy.
• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
• Overseeing audit and tax functions.
• Developing and implementing accounting policies.
• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
• Training accounting staff.
• Reviewing departmental budgets.
• Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
• Analyzing complex financial data.
• Managing internal controls.
• Other related task as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• More than 10 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Proficient in SAP ERP.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Results-oriented and organized. Efficiently prioritize and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with different stakeholders.
