Responsibilities :

Marketing Communication (Marketing Communication)

• Set a marketing strategy and publicized the brand of BIC GLASS glass bottle packaging products to stand out.
• Plan promotional activities. Participation in trade fairs (Trade Shows/Exhibitions)
• Take care of both online marketing materials (website, social media, email marketing) and offline (catalogues, brochures, print media).
• Develop communication content that focusses on quality, safety, beauty, premium and product sustainability.

Sustainability (Sustainability)

• Plan ESG strategies (environment, society, good governance) together with the factory department in accordance with the image of the organization.
• Promote the use of recyclable or renewable materials. Including reducing environmental impact in the production process.
• Prepare sustainability reports or documents to send to customers or use for sales or bidding.
• Work with engineering and factory teams to develop guidelines to reduce the organization's carbon footprint.
• Communicate the sustainability of glass packaging to customers, external organizations, both public and private.

Business Development (Business Development)

• Study and analyst the trends of the glass packaging industry both domestically and internationally.
• Develop new market opportunities for both existing customers and new B2B markets such as food, beverage, medical and cosmetic manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
• Create a network of business partners such as distributors, OEM companies or exporters.
• Collaborate with the design department and the research and development team to present innovative packaging that meets the needs of the market.
