Job Responsibilites: 

• Handle incoming message and customer service inquiries across partnership platform
• Oversee the day to day customer operations to ensure delightful customer experience at all
  stages of the customer engagement
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem,
  selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or
  adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Coordinate with other departments to find the best solution and improvement
