Job Summary

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our software development teams, from gathering client requirements to planning, executing, and delivering successful projects. With a solid foundation in business analysis, you will act as a robust bridge between client needs and the development team, ensuring that the final product meets expectations, solves real-world problems, and is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Plan and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Hardware for projects, primarily using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.

• Develop project timelines, manage product backlogs, plan sprints, and lead Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).

• Requirement Analysis & Management:

• Collaborate with clients, Product Owners, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and understand business and system requirements.

• Translate requirements into developer-friendly formats, such as clear User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, initial Wireframes/Mockups, and Process Flow Diagrams.

• Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communication & Coordination:

• Serve as the central communication hub between the client team, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA Testers.

• Prepare and present project progress reports (e.g., project status, burn-down charts) to management and clients regularly.

• Risk & Quality Management:

• Identify potential project risks, especially technical risks and those related to requirement ambiguity.

• Support and collaborate with the QA team to plan testing strategies and ensure the delivered software meets quality standards.

• Project Delivery & Client Relations:

• Manage the software deployment process and provide post-launch support to clients.

• Gather user feedback for future product enhancements and iterations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in software project management.

• At least 1-2 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner within an IT company.

• A solid understanding of software technologies and architecture, sufficient to communicate effectively with development teams.

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Skilled in conducting requirement workshops, creating user stories, and process modeling.

• Excellent leadership, ability to work under pressure, and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMP certification.

• Experience managing complex projects involving technologies like Microservices, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or Mobile Applications.

• Ability to read or write technical specification documents.

• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
