About the role

Accelerate responsible AI adoption across SCBX by building workforce capability, enabling AI tools and governance, and supporting disciplined execution of the Group AI Roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI learning, workforce capability, communications and engagement
• Identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions
• Enable accessible, secure and cost-efficient AI tools across SCBX
• Coordinate practical AI governance with CoEs and control functions
• Track adoption, usage, milestones, risks and benefits
• Support AI strategy and ATF governance
• Coordinate across SCBX teams and the transformation consortium

About you

• Experience in AI, transformation, change, learning, PMO or technology enablement
• Strong analytical, program-management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Ability to work across business, technology and control functions
• Hands-on AI fluency, curiosity and strong learning agility
• Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption or transformation preferred
