- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software sales, channel management/sales, and account management at an enterprise business-to-business software company.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently to communicate with and serve Thai speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience selling Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization and with a partner organization.
- Experience working with partners in complex implementation projects.
- Experience with large, complex commercial and legal discussions working with multiple teams in large enterprises.
- Ability to work with presales and customers' technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Ability to leverage C-level relationships to promote cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Align to the identified corporate accounts in the mid-market segment within a defined territory and drive business growth through a set of partners on various engagements.
- Lead an account planning process that aligns partner and internal resources to maximize growth, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Drive business growth by managing business processes (i.e., prospecting, qualifying, forecasting) and managing books of business in the identified accounts through partners.
- Discuss and manage business processes and present to C-level executives in the identified accounts.
- Ensure identified accounts attain business goals by aligning, managing, and holding partners accountable in engagements. Manage partners' success and increase Google Cloud Platform consumption in partner-led customer engagements.
