About the role

Krungsri Auto is seeking a strategic and commercially minded professional to drive auto finance business development across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, covering both 4-wheel and 2-wheel businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop country-specific business strategies and growth roadmaps across New Car, Used Car, Refinance/Car4Cash, New Motorcycle and Used Motorcycle businesses
• Identify new business opportunities, products, business models, distribution channels and strategic partnerships across ASEAN markets
• Assess and adapt Krungsri Auto's business models and best practices to suit local market conditions
• Act as a key coordination point between Krungsri Auto, BAY ASEAN Business and local country teams to align strategy, priorities and execution
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, business performance and growth opportunities to support management decision-making
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and actionable plans for market expansion and business growth
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Digital and other relevant teams
• Monitor strategic initiatives, identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Provide management updates on country performance, market developments, key risks and strategic opportunities
• Travel regularly to assigned ASEAN markets based on business and project requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business or related fields
• Strong experience in strategy, business development, strategic planning or management consulting
• Experience in automotive, auto finance, consumer finance or related financial services is required
• Experience in business model development, market entry, growth strategy, product strategy or distribution strategy is highly preferred
• ASEAN, regional or international business experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of auto finance and/or 4W and 2W businesses is preferred
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, business case and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Excellent English communication skills; additional ASEAN language capability is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and traveling across ASEAN
