Job Summary

IT Systems Software Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes:

• Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization's IT platform/infrastructure

• Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.)

• Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults

• Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code

Job Responsibilities*

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product & Service in the mobile app.

• Align roadmap with commercial goals, customer needs, and digital transformation priorities.

Customer Experience & Journey Optimization

• Ensure seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer journeys for digital product & Service

• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies related to integrating various legacy system, Cloud system

Feature Delivery & Backlog Management

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements (epics, user stories) aligned with value delivery.

• Work closely with UX/UI, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, Billing, pricing, sales, analytics, customer care, and IT teams to ensure holistic product success.

• Coordinate with both banking and non-banking partners to integrate payment systems effectively and ensure optimal performance.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure digital service flows comply with regulatory, legal, and data privacy requirements.

• Address fraud, or customer complaints proactively.

Qualifications

Qualification

• Proven experience in mobile application product management or ownership.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, QA, and marketing.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Experience in launching and scaling mobile apps in consumer markets.

• Candidates with experience working with mobile application products will be given special consideration.

Experience

6-7 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership

Certification

• Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a strong advantage

• Agile/Scrum certification or training is preferred

Skill and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and app development lifecycle.

• Ability to translate customer needs and business goals into product features.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
