ที่บริษัท ทรานสคอสมอส (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Identify staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
- Prepare and update training material, conduct training class and evaluate participants
- Support the communication, education and execution of talent development policies and processes
- Help and maintain the positive engagement with employees
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality ONLY
- Bachelor Degree in psychology, human resources or related field
- At least 1 year experience in training or HRD or Call Center.
- Training and coaching skill experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing.
- Good communication of English
