• New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify opportunities, generate leads, and present tailored BPO/Digital solutions to acquire new clients.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and drive up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Solution Design & Proposals: Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design customized service offerings.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms and achieve "Awarded Gross Profit" targets.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Operation, Technical, and HR departments to ensure seamless service implementation and delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Industry Background: Experience or strong interest in BPO, Outsourcing, Recruitment Agency, or Digital Agency sectors is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 720+ is strictly required) and Native Thai.
• Core Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office.
