As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of high-voltage substation systems. Your day involves coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring technical compliance, and leading on-site activities to deliver reliable energy infrastructure.

• Lead or Coordination the electrical commissioning of high-voltage substation equipment and systems including HV/MV/LV/DC components.
• Supervise subcontractors and clarify interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct inspections and demonstrate system functionalities to relevant authorities.
• Provide training and instructions to customer personnel.
• Fix engineering issues and ensure project-specific solutions are implemented.
• Maintain commissioning documentation and support system handover to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage substations and commissioning activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage substations and commissioning activities.
• Proficiency in using electrical measurement devices (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers, power analyzers) for diagnostics and validation.
• Hands-on experience with special commissioning tools and equipment for high-voltage systems
• Strong competency in relay setting, configuration, and testing for protection systems.
• Ability to interpret test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure commissioning quality and efficiency.
• Intermediate or higher English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to participate in international projects for 1–3 months.
• Openness to diverse cultures and collaborative approach.
