Responsibilities:

Employee and Organization Development

• Lead the development and implementation of organization effectiveness strategy for the market to support the business' objectives
• Drive the implementation of leadership development to support organization development
• Identify training need and development plan to employees
• Create, develop and implement KPI and performance management strategy to match business' objectives

HR Generalist

• Take care of whole process of recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, negotiating, reference checking, onbroading and employee leaving
• Process payroll timely and precisely
• Create or revise necessary company agreements, policies and procedures to align with new development direction

Other Admin Tasks

• Supervise Admin staff who takes care of admin tasks including purchasing, office management and maintenance, company insurance and license renewal

Qualifications:

• Age 35 or above
• Bachelor's Degree or above in any related filed
• At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferred in organization development and training
• At least 3 years of experience in menegerial level
• Experience in KPI and performance management
• Experience in organization development and ability to influence others
• Strategic and result oriented
• Ability to understand and drive change among diversity
• Good at English communication with good writing skill
