Responsibilities;

• Full management of the company’s financial aspects i.e., conducting financial analysis, financial operations, providing recommendations and directions for proper business decision

• Oversee the end-to-end company project financing activities, i.e., drawdown, repayment and keep company comply with lender’s conditions

• Oversee general accounting functions – AP, AR, GL, Costing, Tax and Treasury operation.

• Oversight of all financial & accounting reports to ensure that financial statements are in line with all accounting standards

• Review group accounting policies, guideline and draft new policies, guidelines and procedures where required.

• Ensure that all tax related issues are complied with tax obligations

• Build strategy and ensure implementation of financial and accounting controls for the organization

• Liaise with all stakeholders both internal and external to build good relationship.

• Identify and address financial and accounting risks and any opportunities for the company

Qualifications;

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate financial roles or a related field

• Experience in mining projects considered an additional advantage

• Proficient at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with the business goals of the organization

• Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate and manage effectively at all levels within the organization

• Dynamics, Results-oriented, and Self-driven.

• Ability to relocate to project site at Dan Khun Tod, Nakhon Ratchasima Province
