Job Purpose: The primary focus of this role is to drive the company's business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. As the Head of Business Development, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals to expand our client base and establish strategic partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our client portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing experts to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Engage in high-level negotiations and meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and pitch our services effectively.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, sales pitches, and project execution plans to potential and existing clients.
• Oversee project implementation and ensure the delivery of services meets clients' expectations with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Regularly report on business development activities, project progress, and performance against targets.
• Strategically explore and implement initiatives to enhance service offerings and add value to the business development role.

Competencies:

• Strong background in Sales, SEO, SEA, SMM, SMA, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven expertise in project and team management.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business development role, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Exceptional command of English (both verbal and written).
• Advanced skills in proposal preparation, presentation, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Demonstrated a track record of success in business development and team leadership.
