Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction development of the project
- Define scope and specification of work, in order to procure engineering procurement, and /or construction works
- Bid and evaluate for engineering, procurement, and/or construction works
- Execution phase of the project
- Review civil engineering document
- Review, coordinate, control, and follow up works with EPC contractor in order to ensure that the engineering, procurement and construction works are in accordance with the project specification, on time and on budget, in accordance with the objective of project.
- Supervise civil works during construction
- Interface between other packages such Electrical and Mechanical works
- Coordinate with team and provide supports on relevant issues in order the complete project at that time
- Manage the construction of solar roofs or farm projects worth over 100 million baht.
- Able to design / have a good understanding of roof structure or building foundation structure.
- Able to design and understand single line diagrams for construction very well.
- Able to expedite work and control budget / time to follow the planned schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering with GPA B: <2.70 , M:<3.30
- Understand process of technical feasibility study, technical due diligence study, and prepare technical inputs/proposals for business development of projects
- Understanding of Conceptual design of Solar farm/Solar rooftop/Solar floating and Wind Turbine Power Plant
- Understanding of EPC Contracts would be an advantage
- Professional Civil Engineer would be an advantage
- Always have a safety mindset while working.
- Basic English communication skills, both spoken and written. (TOEIC <550)
- Able to drive a car, hold a valid driverâs license, and travel for work to other provinces.
- Willingness to travel on business trips to other provinces for approximately 5-15 days per month.
