Job Summary:

• Responsible for conduct change management program and implementing change initiatives with collaborate with stakeholders and data teams and Identify skill gaps through data analysis and provide targeted training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to the changes. and utilize data to inform decision-making throughout the change process. To ensure the success of data-driven culture and build data capabilities, data literacy across the SCGP

Responsibilities:

• Work with related stakeholders to define the data competency for employee and data citizen.
• Conduct the data-driven training program to ensure focus group is able to perform a new way of work.
• Conduct the data-driven showcase execution to ensure the self-service data analytics bootcamp has been performed.
• Manage the data-driven culture execution to ensure the data analytics capability building has been performed, adoption and data community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, MIS (Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70, Master G.P.A. > 3.30).
• Proficient in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
• 5-10 years of experience related to change management & project management.
• Knowledge of Change management methodologies and practices with focus on integrating data-driven.
• Knowledge of Data Management and Governance, Data Analysis and Reporting, Data-Driven Organization.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and data analytics tools.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management , Training and Development, Stakeholder Awareness and Engagement.
• Leadership and influence skill.
