คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
- minimum of 5 years relevant professional working experience including Career & Talent Development, Succession Management and/or Organization Development preferably in an international organization, conglomerate or diversified businesses.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly,Critical thinking skills and ability to identify assumption and propose logical arguments
- Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster successful work relationships with contacts at all levels
- Planning skills, anticipates risks, and adapt to change with flexibility
- Good English proficiency in both speaking&writing
