Job Description

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI/ML solutions

• Develop AI and GenAI solutions using multiple approaches: off-the-shelf solutions, fine-tuning pre-trained models, or training models from scratch

• Manage data labeling processes when required for model training and validation

• Collaborate with data engineers to productionize AI solutions and ensure scalability

• Communicate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and gather feedback

Job Qualification

• Expert-level knowledge in AI or GenAI in at least one domain: Computer Vision (Image), NLP (Natural Language Processing), or Generative AI

• Proven experience productionizing AI or GenAI solutions in production environments

• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model development

• Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals, with both theoretical knowledge and practical application ability

Advantage

• Experience implementing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, either in production or proof-of-concept

• Experience with Knowledge Graph design and implementation

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

• Experience with API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask for building production-grade services
