Account Executive Required!

Introduction

Spunky Digital is an online marketing agency based in Bangkok. We help our clients achieve their business objectives through intelligent data-driven campaigns. The main areas that Spunky Digital helps brands with are branding, website design and development, social media marketing, SEO and Google Ads.

Spunky Digital is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to increase sales and manage client accounts. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the company Directors, who will work closely with you and support you during the process.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Executing an effective sales process, from qualifying leads to closing deals. This will involve various sales approaches through cold calling, visits and the candidate should have a strong ability to close the deal.

• Communicating with clients and maintaining accounts - in conjunction with the Project Managers and project teams.

• Understanding our clients' needs and objectives, and liaising closely with them throughout campaigns and projects.

• Overseeing all sales activities within the company.

• Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.

• Networking with companies in the industry and Business Development activities.

• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly/monthly work plans, and submitting daily feedback.

• Searching for new customers and putting together all customer databases.

• Effectively presenting company media to potential customers and providing useful information to support their needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in related position required

• Has proven experience in sales, business development and account management

• Has management skills

• Digital marketing background or agency experience is a plus

• Able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the company

• Thai national with excellent command of English (both verbal & written)

• Proposal preparation & Presentation skills

• Prospecting and negotiation skills

• Track record of proven success in a similar job(s) is preferred but not essential

• Motivated, organized and self-disciplined

• Bachelor Degree (Media Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or other related) is preferred but not essential

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Works well together with team and other staff

• Ability to learn, grow and adapt 

• Good at multitasking and copes well under pressure

• Owns a car and able to travel within Bangkok is an advantage

• Passion for success and willingness to learn and develop new skills
