Job Purpose

Responsible for advising and assisting B2C customers throughout the property purchasing process, from initial inquiry and property presentation to negotiation and closing, with a focus on English- and Chinese-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable residential properties based on their preferences, budget, and investment objectives.
2. Manage B2C leads and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
3. Present property projects, facilities, pricing, promotions, and investment opportunities in a clear and professional manner.
4. Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation throughout the sales process.
5. Communicate and negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets and successful deal closures.
6. Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
7. Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and relevant parties to facilitate the property purchasing process.
8. Prepare sales reports, update customer information, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

9. Communicate effectively with customers in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.

10. Stay updated on property market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in property sales, real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are an advantage.

• Customer-oriented with strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
