Job Description:
- Performance Monitoring and Problem Solving: Oversee workforce fulfillment metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Initiative Development: Initiate and manage projects to address workforce fulfillment root causes, including designing and implementing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to align strategies and ensure seamless project execution.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in project management, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong ability to analyze workforce performance data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
