Analyst Content (Contract - ShopeeFood)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Configure and manage the platform backend including menus, merchant information, promotions, and other requests, according to internal or merchant requests
- Ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Manage and set up the platform backend
- Coordinate with the related team i.e. Sales, Marketing, and Product for smoothly working process
- Manage data storage and daily operational issue
Requirements:

- Experience with Excel / Google Sheet
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good in MS office program

- Details-oriented with skepticism skill
