About the role

Responsible for sourcing and developing snack products, covering both branded products (70%) and OEM / Private Label (30%), with a strong focus on sales growth, new product development (NPD), and margin performance. This role drives commercial success through effective product selection, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select snack brands / factories

• Assess product potential based on sales opportunity, margin, and CVS fit

• Negotiate price, margin, and commercial terms

• Drive new SKU onboarding and NPD pipeline

• Ensure compliance with modern trade requirements (pricing, pack size, barcode, shelf life)

• Monitor performance and manage underperforming products

• Develop OEM snack products from concept to launch

• Identify and manage OEM factories (local and overseas)

• Control product cost, MOQ, and lead time

• Manage product specifications and approval process

About you

• Experience in snack sourcing for modern trade / retail

• Strong background in branded product sourcing

• Proven commercial negotiation skills (price, margin, promo support)

• Clear understanding of convenience store requirements

• Ability to evaluate factories and brand owners realistically

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Strong commercial mindset focused on sales and margin

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Import operations.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail industry.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

• Professional Integrity: Highly honest and responsible.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and coordination skills.
