Job Description

In this position, you will be working for our hotel business. You will be handling the following responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee & supervise the entire engineering team
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and equipment to ensure functionality
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Plan and manage departmental budgets and control costs
• Ensure health and safety codes are met and all systems are operational
• Oversee external contractors and negotiate contracts

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Thai & good in English
• Experience in engineering project & team management
• Ability to handle high responsibilities
• Great problem solving skills & able to handle complex planning
