I love the colleagues here, lovely people. Office is okay but not the best. Work is often stressful from having to work more than 9-5. Let’s be honest, you will be overworked and paid ~40% of the commission whilst likely contacted a lot by the landlords and clients. KPI will become stressful once you level up. The months you do well, you are loved by the team, and months that you don’t you are nothing to the team. But all sales are like this. I really like colleagues.
