Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency across the restaurant business.

• Design and optimize workflows using AI technologies such as Generative AI, AI Automation, Chatbots, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and Management to identify business pain points and develop practical AI-driven solutions.

• Manage and support AI tools and platforms used within the organization.

• Develop AI-powered processes to enhance areas such as recruitment, customer experience, CRM, social media content, and internal operations.

• Analyze business data and provide insights and recommendations through AI and digital solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging AI trends, technologies, and innovations relevant to the F&B industry.

• Prepare user guides, conduct training sessions, and support employees in adopting AI tools effectively.

• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners regarding AI-related projects and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Business, Business Technology, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, Automation, Business Technology, or related areas.

• Understanding of Generative AI, ChatGPT, AI Workflow Automation, Data Analytics, or related technologies.

• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or service industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or other automation platforms will be an advantage.
