About the role

We are looking for an SAP Technical Lead to drive technical delivery and governance across SAP transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the primary technical contact for local stakeholders, SAP incident management, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple SAP technical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern SAP technical workstreams including ABAP, BTP, Integration, Basis, Security, and Analytics platforms.
• Drive SAP ABAP and SAP BTP development following Clean Core principles.
• Lead integration initiatives, including migration to SAP Cloud Integration and new interface development.
• Oversee SAP Basis and SAP Cloud ALM activities for deployment readiness and system operations.
• Manage Security & Authorization across SAP S/4HANA, MDG, Group Reporting, PaPM, BTP, and integration platforms.
• Lead data and analytics platform activities, including technical object migration and new analytics solutions.
• Act as the key liaison between local stakeholders, SAP teams, and offshore delivery resources.
• Ensure technical quality, compliance with standards, and successful project delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP technical experience with experience leading SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Integration, and SAP Basis.
• Experience with SAP Security & Authorization across multiple SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English is required as this role involves regular communication with offshore teams and stakeholders.
