(Boxman) Sales Executive (Freight Forwarder)

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

• Proactively generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, customer visits, referrals, and other business development activities.

• Promote and sell the company's freight forwarding and logistics services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Cross-Border Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Value-Added Services.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and service agreements, and successfully close sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term business growth.

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and other related departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, NVOCC, or a related industry.

• Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition.

• Good understanding of international freight forwarding services, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Import/Export procedures.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong hunter mindset.

• Professional appearance and a positive personality.

• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

• Own transportation and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
